Epstein-related

Before the invasion by Christianity, Europe had a suitable punishment for people who sexually-abused children: capital punishment (that's what it can be called when a bunch of angry people push you into a bog and don't let you up).  Apparently, a supermajority of Euros still favor this punishment for that crime (there are lots of good reason that is appropriate, such as a thing about which sickos can think to prevent them from doing that--deterrent--but this post isn't about capital punishment).

The reason that Jesus’ forgiveness of everything was such a big deal when Christianity took over Europe in stages was that that was a cultural phenomenon that saying you loved an invisible sky man and getting forgiveness from him and/or his non-adult-doing holy men could make child sexual abuse not a capital crime, but instead something for which you could get forgiveness.  Among the many things that Christianity did to the land of its first victims (Europe), making child-sexual-abuse not a mortal crime is particularly foul.

I should here note that it is true that:

1) There are many people today who have done only good things, who have advocated only good things for themselves and others, who would never do that or want to do that and yet are Jesusian Christians;

2) There are and have been many organizations which have done only good things, which have advocated only good things, filled with all people who would never do that or want to do that and yet are Jesusian Christian organizations.

Despite those things, the introduction into Europe of a child-rape-okaying-organization such as the Catholic Church was an incredibly bad thing (the long and very dirty history of Protestant preachers sexually abusing children doesn't make a different kind of child-rape-okaying-organization okay; the common element, the dangerous element, is Christianity).  What came out in the recent "Catholic sex abuse scandals" was of course not nearly all that had been done by that organization, but even less than that was enough to reveal why Christian preachers for a very long time have had a reputation of what is called homosexual pedophilia.  People deciding these days (or a few decades ago) to be nice and say they really liked Jesus does not change what happened.  The number of children who had that done to them over 1600 years because of the change in how societies deal with child-sexual-abusers is very large, and Jesusianism bears a foul responsibility for that.
